Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, though old and in need of a makeover, was clean with comfy beds and a great fridge. However, there were some electrical issues in the bathroom, and the hairdryer seemed ancient. The service, apart from Mr Franc, lacked professionalism and interest. The location was convenient, especially for access to the port and bus station. Dining options were basic but satisfactory. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs some improvements.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, but the sea view was slightly obstructed by the building's roof. The service was a mix of rudeness due to discussing my reservation in Croatian and friendliness from informative and helpful staff. The location was convenient for ferry travels but lacked variety in dining options. The breakfast, although good, could use more variety. The facilities were decent, but the Wi-Fi had an additional charge.
The hotel offers adequate rooms with a comfortable bed and fantastic views, though they may feel outdated compared to other options in the same price range. The service was very helpful and kind, providing amenities like a bottle opener during our stay. The location is attractive, near plenty of bars and restaurants, making it a great choice after a disappointing start elsewhere. The dining experience was solid with a good selection of choices. Unfortunately, the rooms seem old and not on par with other options at a similar price point.
The hotel rooms felt really old and used, with dirty walls and small toilets. They seemed frozen in time, not worth the money compared to other options in the same region. However, the front rooms had nice balconies and were more spacious, while the back ones felt claustrophobic and cramped, needing a deep clean.
The hotel offered clean and functional rooms with a nice view. Despite encountering some initial challenges, the very helpful reception staff managed to accommodate us by facilitating a room change during our stay. However, there were some mixed experiences with the service, ranging from friendly and helpful to uninterested and unfriendly interactions. The location was quite pleasant, though a bit out of the city center, allowing for easy access to transportation options. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, with a diverse buffet selection. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay, though some aspects could be improved.
